You have committed to college, now we want to commit to you. Your coach will work individually with you during your first semester at Mercer.

Your success coach can help answer questions about:

  • College Resources
  • Choosing a major
  • Paying for classes
  • Connecting with college life
  • Completing a Financial Aid Appeal Reinstatement Form (if applicable)

How To schedule an appointment with a Success Coach

  1. Visit your MyMercer Portal
  2. Select "Schedule Advisement"
  3. Log in to Advisor-Trac with same username & password
  4. Select "Search Availability"
  5. Select "Center for Retention & Completion"
  6. Select "Search" to view available appointments
  7. Choose the time that works best for your schedule. If there are no appointments available, please email successcoach@mccc.edu and we'll find a time that works
