Welcome to the Ombuds Office at Mercer County Community College! We are here to provide a safe and confidential space for students, faculty, and staff to discuss and resolve concerns and conflicts that may arise within our campus community.

As an independent and neutral resource, we offer a variety of services to help promote fair and equitable practices, foster open communication, and assist in finding solutions to problems. Whether you have a question, a complaint, or just need to talk, we are here to listen and provide guidance.

Our office operates under the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and informality. This means that we do not take sides, make decisions for you, or share any information without your permission. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and helping you navigate through difficult situations with professionalism and respect.
