MCCC uses Blackboard for the delivery and administration of all courses regardless of modalities. Blackboard is invested in the usability and accessibility of all our products and services and are generally designed and developed with internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in mind, as well as Section 508 standards in the United States. A third party conducts audits of our system and software to ensure quality expectations are being met and maintained.
