Attention MAC OS and Safari 7.1 users!
There are currently some issues when using the new MAC OS and Safari 7.1
to access the MyMercer Portal and WebAdvisor.
Our portal vendor is currently working on a resolution.
Until a resolution is in place please use Chrome or Firefox browsers to access MyMercer.

Type in your USERNAME.
Then enter your PASSWORD.
MCCC is making it easier than ever for you to reset your password if you ever forget it. We are using the Microsoft Office 365 self-service password reset utility.
Your MCCC account will allow you login to the MyMercer Portal, Office 365 Email and Blackboard utilizing the same password.
To Reset your password
The first time you login to your Office 365 email on the web, you will be prompted to provide additional information – Click Next
Provide one or more authentication methods from the next screen by clicking Set it up now next to the method you prefer
You will see a green check once completed. Click Finish and you are set to change or reset your password at any time.
Whenever your password is changed by the Help Desk or if you change your password through Office 365 Email, the password will be updated for the MyMercer Portal, Blackboard and Office 365.
(Note: Please allow 15 minutes after a password change to synchronize to all applications.)
