Make a difference today and tomorrow...

Contributions of $10,000 or more can be used to establish an endowed fund, providing stability and flexibility for Mercer County Community College to continue to advance higher education now and for generations to come. MCCC Major Giving Campaign

With this single act of generosity, your gift will be an ongoing benefit to students. Your donation's invested principle remains untouched while its interest earnings support projects, programs or scholarships in any given year, thereby preserving the ability to make future awards from the fund.

Investments are managed by the Finance Committee of the MCCC Foundation, with the primary objective of conserving and enhancing the capital value of the fund in real terms through asset appreciation and income generation. The investment strategy for the fund is to emphasize total return, defined as the aggregate of all returns from capital appreciation and dividend and interest income.

Your gifts sustain a tradition of generosity from one MCCC generation to the next. Please contact the Development, Grants & Alumni Office to discuss your interests.
All contributions should be made payable to or deliverable to:

MCCC Foundation
P.O. Box 17202
1200 Old Trenton Road
Trenton, NJ 08690

For your convenience, an assortment of additional giving options are processed immediately -- right here, right now.

Designated Giving: Contributions made for a specific purpose are placed in restricted fund accounts and used only for that purpose. Minimum amounts of $100 are required to establish and award a designated scholarship in any academic year. In the case where funds are donated and the amount exceeds the desired purpose for any given year, the remaining funds earn interest. Designated scholarships are many times created to honor someone, memorialize a special person, or provide support for students preparing for a certain career. Unrestricted Giving: Contributions made to the MCCC Foundation for general, unspecified purposes are classified as unrestricted giving. These gifts are used to address important needs of the college, its programs and its students. Unrestricted donations for scholarships become part of the General Scholarship Fund which provides awards to students based on financial need. Priority areas for awarding General Scholarships are identified each year by the MCCC Financial Aid Office and are adopted each year through voting action by the MCCC Foundation. All General Fund Scholarships are awarded in the academic year the donation is received.
