Initiating and Establishing Proctoring Services
Each distance learning program and Virtual College has a process unique to their institution for establishing proctoring services. Please verify with the instructor or testing coordinator of your program what is required to initiate and establish a proctor to administer your exams.
Proctoring Services
If documentation is required from our office as an agreement for proctoring services, all paperwork must be submitted or faxed to our office in advance of the scheduled test date(s). Some programs, however, only require documentation at the test appointment. Your documents may be completed in person at the Testing Center, located on the West Windsor Campus in the Library building, second floor LB208, or you may fax your documents to (609) 570-3872.
Shipping or Electronic Mailing of Exams
The shipping and receiving process from your institution to our office should allow three to four business days prior to your test date. All mail courier packages arrive at a central receiving office on our campus before the package is delivered to our office.
The electronic mailing process will require the exam to be e-mailed to wwtesting@mccc.edu from your instructor or testing program coordinator.
Cost
All proctoring fees are payable by exact amount cash, check, or money order.
Paper and pencil exams require a fee of $25 per test.
Computerized exams require a fee of $35 per test.
Scheduling Your Test Date
To schedule your exam call (609) 570-3295 or e-mail wwtesting@mccc.edu.
It is best to call the week prior to your test date to verify that your exam has been received by our office.
Please be advised that you should call and check our semester schedule well in advance of arranging for testing.
