Artificial Intelligence (AI) (8 hours)
An introduction to AI and the current free tools available. Explore the transformative field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), where participants delve into advanced algorithms, machine learning techniques, and computational models. Gain hands-on experience in developing AI applications that revolutionize industries and drive innovation in today's digital landscape.

Cloud Computing Technology (8 hours)
This course will provide an introductory overview of the expanding world of cloud computing. Students will learn the pros and cons of cloud technology with an emphasis on business impact. They will also learn about currently available cloud services, differentiate cloud categories and adoption measures and identify the risks involved.

Cybersecurity Awareness (20 hours)
Protect your business in a world full of cyber threats. Course topics can include: Threat intelligence, Social engineering, Passphrases management, Phishing awareness, Malware, Mobile device security, Cloud security, Data protection, Incident response, Continuous learning

Excel 1 (8 hours)
This class will introduce students to MS Excel basics including creating spreadsheets, formulas, functions, text, formatting & graphics. Students will be able to perform basic (introductory) level excel skills such as modifying an existing worksheet, building worksheets, copying & moving cells, etc.

Excel 2 (8 hours)
This class will reinforce the elements introduced in Excel Level I and expand upon that base to include more complex but necessary activities such as functions, charts, linking worksheets, adding pictures and more.

Excel 3 (8 hours)
This class will reinforce the elements introduced in Excel Level I & 2 and expand upon that base to include more complex but necessary activities such as functions, charts, linking worksheets, adding pictures, pivot tables and more.

Google Docs (8 hours)
Master the essential tools and functionalities of Google Docs in this hands-on program. Participants will learn to create, edit, and collaborate on documents efficiently using Google's cloud-based platform. This training covers advanced features such as version control, real-time collaboration, and document sharing, empowering attendees to enhance productivity and streamline document management processes within their professional roles. Whether you're a beginner looking to master the basics or an experienced user seeking to optimize workflows, this program equips you with practical skills to thrive in today's digital workplace.

Google Drive (8 hours)
Since many of the Google Apps covered in this course rely on storing documents “in the cloud”, let’s begin with Google Drive, since this is the place you will most likely be using to store the files that you use with your other Google Apps. Topics Include: Using Google Drive, Creating folders and uploading files, Managing files and folders, Sharing files and folders.

Google Keep (8 hours)
With Google Keep, you can create, share, and collaborate with people on notes and lists. Keep synchronizes across all your devices, so your notes and lists go with you, wherever you are. Topics Include: Create and edit notes, Organize and find notes, Set reminders in Keep, Share notes, Archive and delete notes.

Google Sheets (8 hours)
Google Sheets is Google’s answer to Microsoft’s Excel spreadsheet software and looks and feels very similar to it. The purpose of a spreadsheet is to be used as a place to store data in rows and columns, allowing you to manipulate the data with things like formulas or links to other data.

Topics Include: Introduction to Google Sheets, Navigating Google Sheets, Menu Items, Creating a spreadsheet, Formatting a spreadsheet, Performing Calculations and suing formulas, Creating a Chart, Sort and filter, Inserting images, Printing a Spreadsheet.

Google Slides (8 hours)
Google Slides is a presentation app that is Google's answer to Microsoft PowerPoint. Because Google Slides can be accessed on any device for which you have Internet access, it makes it more convenient for users. That said, Google Slides does not contain all the features that you would find in Microsoft PowerPoint. Instead, it is a basic presentation app that leaves out the glam, but includes all the features you need to create professional presentations.
Topics Include: Introduction, Navigating, Working with templates, Basics of creating presentations, Applying themes and backgrounds, Working with objects, Entering, editing and formatting, Inserting Images, Inserting shapes, charts, and other objects, Creating tables in Slides, Adding transitions, animation and videos, Presenting a slideshow with speaker notes, Publishing and printing, Sharing and collaborating.

Google Workspace/Google Drive (8 hours)
Topics Include: Communicate Using Gmail, Add / Manage Contacts, Create Distribution Lists, Navigate Google Drive, Upload Folders and Files, Manage Folders and Files, Share Documents, Collaborate Using Google Docs, Collaborate Using Google Slides, Collaborate Using Google Sheets, Create Google Forms Managing Schedules Using Google Calendar, Create Events, Customize Your Calendar, Create an Additional Calendar, Manage Tasks, Use Google Keep, Use Google Photos, Communicating Using Google Chat, Create a Website Using Google Sites.

Introduction to QuickBooks (8 hours)
QuickBooks Basic training offers an overview of the key concepts, tools and techniques required to succeed in today’s challenging business environment from a hands-on perspective. First-time QuickBooks users will learn the basic features of the computer software and the bookkeeping process in order to streamline the workflow.

Microsoft Access (8 hours)
Access is Microsoft’s flagship database application that allows you to create and manage databases for all sorts of different purposes. This new version of Access incorporates a few new features and connectivity options in order to make databases more accessible to the everyday user. This course is intended to help all novice computer users get up to speed quickly. It will also help more experienced users who have little to no experience with Microsoft Access and databases in general.

MS Teams (8 hours)
Discover the comprehensive capabilities of Microsoft Teams in this hands-on training. Learn to leverage its powerful features for seamless collaboration, communication, and project management within your organization. Enhance your productivity by mastering chat, file sharing, online meetings, and integration with other Microsoft 365 tools.

This course is an introduction to the Microsoft® Office 365™ in a cloud-based environment allowing accessing and modifying shared documents. The Office Web Apps enable users to perform basic tasks, such as opening, editing, printing, and saving documents without requiring an installation of the full desktop version of Microsoft® Office 2013 or Office 2016 on a local computer.

PC Data Storage via the Cloud (8 hours)
This course is an introduction to the Microsoft® Office 365™, or other business product, in a cloud-based environment allowing accessing and modifying shared documents. The Office Web Apps enable users to perform basic tasks, such as opening, editing, printing, and saving documents without requiring an installation of the full desktop version of Microsoft® Office 2013 or Office 2016 on a local computer.

PC Databases (8 hours)
This class will provide an introduction to the various databases products in use within the business environment today.  Students will learn how to create a database, understand standard databases functions, events, forms, input masks, and more.

PC Outlook (8 hours)
This class will introduce participants to the proper use of e-mail as a job-related tool including sending clear messages, receiving, replying and deleting messages, disposing of junk mail and sending and opening file attachments.

PC Windows (8 hours)
This class is for non-computer users seeking to gain a basic understanding of the PC components and operations in the Microsoft Windows environment including proper start-up and shut-down of Windows operating system, running application programs, managing and organizing files and folders and printing.

PC PowerPoint 1 (8 hours)
This course will assist students to understand the basics of PowerPoint to include the use of pictures, Word art, inset tables, diagrams, use the slide feature and make presentations.

PC PowerPoint 2 (8 hours)
This course will assist students to understand the basics of PowerPoint to include the use of pictures, Word art, inset tables, diagrams, use the slide feature and make presentations.

Social Media (8 hours)
Covers social networking, social media, digital marketing.

Word 1 (8 hours)
This class will introduce participants to the basic operations of Microsoft Word at the beginning level.

Word 2 (8 hours)
This class will introduce participants to the basic operations of Microsoft Word at the beginning level and introduce participants to additional operations of Microsoft Word.
