After completing the Funeral Service Program, taking the Funeral Service National Board Exam (FSNBE) is key to becoming a licensed funeral director or embalmer. Without it, you can't legally practice in the field. This essential exam ensures you meet national standards in areas like embalming, funeral directing, grief counseling, ethics, and law.
