Nursing Program APPLICATION
Accepted September 1 through October 1
We are now accepting applications to begin the professional phase of the nursing coursework in Spring 2026. Please click on the link below to download the application form. Complete the application form and submit it via this link.

The application process has two parts. Once you submit the first part, your application will be reviewed. If eligible, you will be sent the second part to complete via your MCCC email. Failure to complete both parts of the application will result in automatic rejection of your application.
Fall 2025 Information Sessions
Attendance at session mandatory for admission to professional phase of nursing education program. Sessions last about two hours.
Wednesday, September 17th at 6pm
Wednesday, October 8th at 6pm
Friday, November 14th at 2pm
Wednesday, December 10th at 2pm

All applicants to the professional phase of the Nursing Education program must attend a Nursing Information Session. Students are encouraged to attend as early in their course of study as possible.
