Dr. Capra has over 20 years of experience in public education as a secondary social studies teacher, administrator, and professor. She has conducted and presented research about online education at multiple venues, and is published in highly respected academic journals including the Community College Journal for Research and Practice.

Dr. Sansone has worked in both public and private education as an early childhood teacher, elementary teacher, administrator, and professor for over fifteen years. Her research focuses on culturally responsive teaching and differentiated instruction.

Mr. Santamaria has worked in Education for over 45 years. He has been a Social Studies teacher, a Department Chairperson, a school administrator, and a Professor at two Community Colleges. He is also well versed in the areas of teacher negotiations, contract development and bargaining. It would be safe to say the he has spent a good majority of his life in the classroom on both sides of the desk, either teaching or learning.
