MCCC Invites Community to "Discover YOUR Community College" Oct. 18

MCCC faculty and staff will be on hand during a day-long open house event in October, where prospective students and community members can see what Mercer has to offer and alumni can reconnect with classmates and professors.

Chinese Visitors Learn About Community College System During Visit to Mercer

Mercer hosted a delegation of 15 teaching faculty a vocational school in China during their two-week stay in the U.S. to learn about the community college system in hopes of improving their vocational school model.

MCCC Plans Six Global Study Tours for Spring 2015

College students and community members with a yearning for travel can combine the thrill of going to new places with an academically enriched itinerary during six MCCC faculty-led Study Tours in 2015. with destinations that include Cuba, Italy, Belize, China, Poland and Paris.

The MCCC Study Tours program returns to Italy in Spring 2015. Rome was the program's first destintation in 2009.


Spice Up Your Life at MCCC Culinary Center this Fall

This fall, the Culinary Center at Mercer presents a variety of classes to add sizzle to any menu through MCCC's Center for Continuing Studies. Culinary classes are held Saturdays and Sundays on the college's West Windsor campus.

When Patrick Auletto ’02 (A.A.S., Advertising Design; A.A.S., Illustration) began studying at MCCC in 1999, he did not envision a career in technology. But the skills he learned at Mercer gave him the foundation to launch a career with marketable tech know-how.

Living with Dyslexia: A Presentation by Prof. Emeritus Al Leister

Al Leister, who taught Health and Physical Education, as well as Mathematics at MCCC from 1970 until his retirement in 2006, returned to campus during pre-class week to present a professional development workshop, along with Director of Special Services Arlene Stinson.
