MCCC, Rider Sign 18 New Guaranteed Transfer Agreements

MCCC and Rider University have expanded the number of guaranteed transfer agreements from five to 23, giving Mercer graduates even more opportunities to transfer to Rider with full junior status.

Holocaust Survivors Share Experiences With MCCC History Students

With vivid memories ranging from the Warsaw ghettos to the Auschwitz death camp, local Holocaust survivors shared their experiences with a group of Mercer history students who had the opportunity to hear first-hand accounts of the tragedy of the Holocaust.

Region's Aviation Industry Continues to Help Students Reach For the Sky

The "Sky's the Limit" TTN Scholarship Fund held its annual golf tournament in the fall, a benefit outing for the sole benefit of MCCC Aviation Flight Technology students. This year the event yielded a record total.

Marlene Snyder '81 (A.A.S., Secretarial Science) enrolled at MCCC directly after graduating from Hamilton High West. After completing her MCCC associate degree, Snyder landed a job at Princeton University, where she was happily employed as an administrative assistant for 19 years.

Jim Maccariella Named Education Fellow at Old Dominion

Jim Maccariella, Ph.D., P.E., MCCC Associate Professor of Engineering Technology, has been named a 2015 Darden College of Education Fellow at Old Dominion University. He was nominated for his "significant contributions to the education profession."
