Completing an A.S. in Information Systems at Mercer will prepare students to transfer to a 4-year college or university. We have partnerships and articulation agreements with the following schools that will allow students to take the first 2 years of a 4-year degree at Mercer and enter the respective college as Junior. You can transfer as a Junior to:

- Earn a B.S. in Computing Technology. The Computing Technology program emphasizes practical, hands-on education and exposes students to industry related experiences. Attention is given to the maintenance and administration of information system as well as systems and database administration, programming, and Web development. Junior and Senior year courses are offered at the Mt. Laurel, NJ campus of Burlington County College and are taught by Drexel faculty.

 

- Earn a B.S. in Engineering Technology with a major in Computer Technology. The NJIT program is a continuation of an associate's degree program in computer science, computer programming, computer networking, or computer software. This program prepares the student for careers in several high-level computer related fields. Junior and Senior year courses are offered at the NJIT campus.

 

- Earn a B.A. in Individualized Studies with a concentration in Business and Technology. This program allows students the benefit of flexibility in studying various courses of interest in the Business and Technology field. The courses for this program are taught by Fairleigh Dickinson faculty on the Mercer County Community College campus. Contact Joseph Tormey for more information.
