MCCC Invites Prospective Students, Community to Open House Oct. 17

Mercer is opening its doors for a Saturday event to showcase what the college has to offer prospective students, their families, and community members.

Members of the MCCC faculty and staff will be available to answer questions, conduct tours, and more during the "Discover YOUR Community College" open house on Oct. 17.


MCCC, WPU to Team Up to Train Science, Math Teachers

MCCC will have the opportunity to help train the next generation of science, technology, engineering and math teachers, thanks to a $250,000 grant from the National Science Foundation and a partnership with William Paterson University.

A Season of Adventure is Under Way at MCCC's Kelsey Theatre

The 2015-2016 season at MCCC's Kelsey Theatre promises to be one of adventures that span history, with 19 full-length dramas and musical productions. Next up: Maurer Productions OnStage presents "Around the World in 80 Days," Oct. 9-18.

From Fluency to Fast Track

It has been a long and exciting journey for Mercer alumnus Alex Campos '93 (A.S., Criminal Justice), from his native Costa Rica to his current position as a digital media and marketing strategist. And it all began with getting fired from a job at a Mercer County gas station.

Two West Windsor Students Graduate High School, MCCC Concurrently

West Windsor students Alex Inkiow and Kristina Parag are on the fast track. Both graduated from high school this year while also earning their associate degrees from Mercer County Community College.

Winston Maddox, MCCC's Dean of Business and Technology, Earns Ph.D.

Dr. Winston Maddox, Dean of Business and Technology at MCCC, recently earned a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change, with a concentration on the effects of information systems on older adults, from Antioch University of Yellow Springs, Ohio.
