Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (HRIM)
The Mercer County Community College Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management program prepares students for employment in various entry-level management careers in the food service and lodging industries. Through the programs offered individuals will receive the skill training, professional education, concepts, techniques and tools necessary to succeed within the Hospitality Industry. Our program has two of its very own culinary labs located in ES 110 & 111.
