To Add the "Delete" option to the root of the Lessons Tab

1. Log in to the course
2. Click on the "Manage" tab
3. Click on "Environment Variables"
4. Edit the CONTENT_DISABLEROOTUTILITIES variable
5. In the "Variable Value" field, Change the "1" to a "0"
6. Click Save
