Hi,
Mike. I spent some time this morning digging into this assessment with another
analyst. We found that the errors are a result of Quiz 1 not being able to find
the database records it's looking for to deliver questions. After looking at the
responses in the database we determined that the records Quiz 1 is looking for
are associated with the Quiz 3 assessment. Unfortunately, we were not able to
determine how this happened. Because the records for Quiz 1 are so intertwined
with Quiz 3 now, it is not possible to fix Quiz 1. We also found that Quiz 3
seems to be unaffected by any of this. We do have queries to retrieve the
student responses for Quiz 1. This query will show you some basic information
about the submissions, including a response_id which you will need to ins! ert
into the second query to retrieve the students' answers: select
lsn_responses.response_id, accounts.last_name+', '+accounts.first_name as name,
lsn_responses.user_id, lsn_responses.grade, lsn_responses.date_submitted from
lsn_responses Here
is the second query, which will return students' answers to the assessment's
questions (remember to insert the response_id from the first
query): select
qti_delivered_questions.sequence, qti_questions.type,
qti_questions.question_text, qti_delivered_questions.points_possible,
qti_delivered_questions.points_awarded, qti_persisted_answers.value as
student_response from qti_questions During
our research we also found that the assessment titled, "Evaluate this Course and
Instructor" is also broken. This assessment will either need to be recreated or
recopied from whatever source it came from. I hope this helps, if you run into
any trouble with the queries or have any further questions, please let us know.
Thank you for your patience while we worked through this. Brad ANGEL
