To clear your browser cache (all browsers except Safari):

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge)
  2. Simultaneously press the “Ctrl” “Shift” and “Del” keys on your keyboard (Mac users, press “Command” “Shift” and Del”).  
  3. In the screen or pop-up that loads, make sure that “Cached images and files” (Chrome), “Cache” (Firefox), “Cached data and files” (Edge/Internet Explorer) is selected. 
  4. Click the button that contains the word “Clear” (It may say “Clear browsing data”, “Clear now”, or just “Clear”).
  5. Close and restart your browser.

 

For Safari Users:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Click on the word “Safari” in the menubar (at the very top of the screen)
  3. Select Preferences from the dropdown menu
  4. In the pop-up window that appears, click on the “Advanced” icon (far right)
  5. Make sure that “Show Develop toolbar in menu” is checked.
  6. Close the pop-up window.
  7. Click on the “Develop” menu option (at the very top of the screen)
  8. Select “Empty Caches” from the menu.
  9. Close and restart your browser
