WEST WINDSOR, NJ - Mercer County Community College has extended its tuition payment deadline to Friday, August 21, as the College works to resolve recent financial aid processing delays affecting students preparing for Fall semester.
The College is actively addressing the issue, updating student portals and finalizing financial aid packages. Despite the delays, students will remain enrolled and registered for their Fall classes while the College works to complete the process.
“We understand that financial aid is an essential part of the college experience for many of our students and their families, and we recognize the concern these delays may cause,” says MCCC President Dr. Deborah E. Preston. “Our team is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to ensure that our students’ enrollment and Fall semester plans remain protected.”
Students are encouraged to check their MCCC student portal and College email daily for updates regarding their financial aid status and account information.
“Our students should know that they are our priority,” Preston said. “We are committed to keeping students informed throughout this process and doing everything we can to minimize the impact of these delays as we finalize their financial aid packages.”
