In an effort to improve the nursing program at Mercer County Community College, this page contains both graduate survey forms (for 6 month and 1 year post graduating students) and an exit interview form for currently graduating students (those in their final semester of nursing). This information is used to determine how well our program prepared you for your career, as well as to help us make improvements to better prepare future students and graduates.
We would very much appreciate you taking a few moments to fill out the survey and return it to use. These forms can be completed online and submitted electronically by hitting the "email" button at the top of the form. You can also fill out the form and fax it back to us at (609) 570-3831. It is not required that you fill out any of the identifying information. You may submit the survey anonymously if you wish.
