MCCC Signs Agreement with Holy Family University
to Ease Transfer for Fire Science Graduates

West Windsor, N.J. – Mercer County Community College (MCCC) has entered into a transfer agreement with Holy Family University designed to help MCCC students who have earned the Associate of Applied Science degree in Fire Science Technology.

These graduates will be able to continue their education and earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fire Science and Public Safety Administration in just four additional semesters at Holy Family.  Those who complete the degree go on to professions in fire safety and fire prevention.

“This is a dual admission agreement that allows students who graduate from MCCC with a 2.0 GPA or higher to be guaranteed admission to Holy Family University,” said Laurene Jones, director of transfer and career services at MCCC.

Students who complete the appropriate Fire Science Technology curriculum at MCCC will be assured junior year status in Holy Family’s School of Business.
