MCCC Foundation Awards Scholarship to Student
Chosen by Trenton's St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee

The
Mercer County Community College Foundation Board has awarded a
$1,000 scholarship to Amy Martin of Hamilton, who was chosen for
the award by the Trenton St. Patrick's Parade and Scholarship
Committee.
Shown,

in originating the scholarship, MCCC Acting President Thomas Wilfrid,
Amy Martin, Miss St. Patrick's Day Committee Chair Gerry Nabinger,
and Parade Committee Chair Vince McKelvey, also President and
CEO of the Hibernians.

A
first-year Humanities major at Mercer, Martin plans to complete
her associate degree,
then transfer to Rutgers to major in Finance. The scholarship is
awarded annually to a recipient chosen by the St. Patrick's Day
Parade Committee.
