Transfer to Strayer University Eased
For MCCC Graduates

WEST WINDSOR, N.J. -- Mercer County Community College graduates will now be able to transfer with greater ease into bachelor's degree programs at Strayer University, thanks to a new agreement between the institutions.

Offering both undergraduate and graduate programs at 47 campuses in 13 states, Strayer is also known for its abundant online courses and programs that enable adults to earn degrees while continuing to work full time. One of Strayer's options enables students who transfer there with an associate degree to complete a bachelor's degree in two years and three months. Students accomplish this by taking two courses per quarter.

This transfer agreement adds yet another option to students completing associate degree programs at Mercer, which holds such transfer agreements with colleges nationwide.

Additionally, Mercer holds Dual Admissions Agreements with area colleges that enable students to transfer into their junior year when the specified program is followed and grade point averages maintained. These colleges are Montclair State University, the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Penn State Abington, Rider University, Rutgers University, Saint Peter's College and The College of New Jersey.

Mercer holds information sessions year-round for prospective and current students who plan to begin their college education at Mercer and transfer for a bachelor's degree. For more information call the Admissions Office at 609-570-3795.
