Begins Broadcasting Sept. 1
WWFM The Classical Network will launch
its new jazz station, "Jazz On 2," on Sept. 1, airing on 89.1's

jazz station's goals include helping to
revive Trenton's jazz heritage and
encouraging students to continue both their higher education and their
jazz involvement after high school. WWFM Producer Winifred Howard, who
is coordinating the jazz initiative, has already arranged for more than
a dozen local programs a week.
