MCCC to Host Golf Classic on Oct. 2 to Benefit Student Athletes

MCCC invites friends and supporters of the college's student athletes to hit the links on Monday, Oct. 2 for the Haldeman Auto Group Golf Classic for MCCC Scholarships, co-hosted by the Athletics Department.

Trenton Thunder, Mercer County Honor MCCC Baseball Team for Historic Season

The Trenton Thunder, the Double-A minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees, honored members of the Vikings baseball team during a July home game for its historic run to the national championship game.

Continuing Studies Focuses on Teacher, Industry Training; Info Session Sept. 7

Industry training and education for teachers are front and center this fall at MCCC’s Center for Continuing Studies, from Montessori Teacher Training to Occupational Safety Health Administration construction training. An information session is scheduled for Sept. 7.

Living the Wildlife

Jim Sabol '71 (A.S., Biology) has led a busy, satisfying life immersed in the sciences. He is one of just 33 certified wildlife biologists in the state of New Jersey, has been a science teacher for close to 20 years, and has served as a tutor, job coach and more.

Student Travelers to Poland Describe Trip as 'Emotional and Profound'

For the third time since 2013, students from MCCC traveled to Poland for eight days in May to experience up close and very personally what they had been learning in their "Holocaust and Other Genocides" course.
