Bryn Mawr, PA-Mercer women’s basketball (5-2) lost a close game at #8 ranked Harcum (6-1) 77-71. Freshman Qui-Mia Wilkins (Pemberton, NJ/Thrive Charter) had a double double with 24 points and 10 rebounds along with six steals in the loss. Sophomore Xana Garcia Galan (Barcelona, Spain/Jesuites Sarnia Sant Ignasi) had 18 points and five assists and sophomore Zaakirah Edwards (Philadelphia, PA/Mastery Charter) had 13 points and five rebounds. Freshman Evangelina Francisco (Monroe, NJ/Monroe Township) added ten points in the loss.
Mercer next travels to Middlesex (4-6) for a 5:00 PM game on Tuesday, November 25th.
