Whiteboro, NY-Mercer men’s soccer (1-2) picked up their first win of the season 4-1 at Mohwak Valley CC (1-1), the top ranked team in NJCAA DIII men’s soccer. Sophomore Jesse Van Den Berg (Rhoon, Netherlands/Portus Groene Hart) led the Mustangs with a hat trick and freshman Alehandro Sina (Belluno, Italy/V. Follzolo De Ross) had a goal and two assists in the win. Freshmen Alberto Martin (Madrid, Spain/Carmen Conde) and Giovanni Ochoa (Lawrenceville, NJ/Lawrence HS) each had an assist in the win.
