Canadaiga, NY-MCCC Men’s Soccer fell to 0-2 following a 2-1 loss at Finger Lakes CC, the third ranked Division III team in the country. Sophomore Luca Pisani (Gallarte, Italy/Gadda Rosselli) scored the first goal of the game off an assist from sophomore Emilio Muguruza (Madrid, Spain/GSD Las Rozas). Finger Lakes scored their first goal within a minute of Mercer’s goal followed by another early first half goal to secure the win for the Lakers.
Mercer next travels to the top ranked DIII school Mohawk Valley for a 2:00 PM game.
