Northampton, PA-Mercer men’s basketball moved to 11-10 following a thrilling 56-55 win at Northampton CC (15-8). Sophomore Jason Mark (Broward, FL/Blanche Ely HS) led the Vikings with a double double, scoring 10 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Freshman Jayson Love (Philaldelphia, PA/Academy at Palumbo) had 11 points and 5 rebounds and sophomore Justin Carbone (Monmouth Junction, NJ/South Brunswick) added 10 points in the win.
Sophomore Isham McClain (Pemberton, NJ/Pemberton HS) had 7 points and 5 rebounds and sophomore Izaiah Johnson (Burlington, NJ/Burlington City) added 7 points, steals, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in the win.
The Vikings next travel to Rockland CC (9-14) for a 7:00 PM game on Thursday, February 8th.
