MCCC Men's Soccer Shuts Out Sussex 8-0

Mercer men’s soccer beat Sussex 8-0 on September 5th. The win should give the Mustangs confidence as they head into their biggest game of the year vs Region rival Essex on September 12th.
Jesse Van Den Berg led the Mustangs with two goals and Alehandro Sina had a goal and an assist. Luca Pisani, Emilio Muguruza, Alberto Martin, Akinari Eto and Bonheur Kitongo all scored a goal in the win. Yuki Anna had two assists. Stephen Annan and Rodrigo Freitas each added an assist in the win.
The Mustangs move to 3-2-1 on the season following their second straight win.
