Garcia Brothers Named Men's Soccer All-Americans

 12/15/25

For the first time in 20 years, Mercer men’s soccer has two NJCAA All-Americans in the same season.  And for the first time in Mercer’s storied men’s soccer history, two brothers have earned All-American honors in the same season.

Not only do the Garcia brothers look alike, their statistics were nearly identical as well.  Daniel Garcia scored 19 goals (8th most) in 19 games while his brother Adrian had 18 goals (10th most) in 16 games played.  Daniel and Adrian each had nine assists this fall, which was 24th best in the nation.  Daniel finished the 2025 season with 47 points, eighth best in the country and two points ahead of his brother Adrian who had 35 points, 12th best in DII men’s soccer.

The Garcia brothers helped lead Mercer to the National Semifinals and a 19-0-2 record.  In one of the most dominant performances of the year, the Garcia brothers combined for seven goals and three assists in a 9-0 win vs Georgian Court JV.  In this game, Daniel scored off an assist from Adrian.  Within a few minutes of this goal, Adrian scored off an assist from Daniel.

The brothers stood out on the field, not just because of their bleached blonde hair, but because of their lightning quick speed and incredible footwork that led to many Mercer goals and assists.
