Greene and Idrovo Earn All-Region 19 Honors

Sophomore men’s basketball guard Torren Greene (Berlin, NJ/Paul VI) was named First Team All-Region 19.  Greene averaged 16.4 points per game and finished with 454 points this season.  Greene had 110 assists and 54 steals.  Greene shot 52% from the field this season.  His quickness helped lead both the MCCC offense and defense.

Sophomore teammate Joell Idrovo (Hamilton, NJ/Solebury School) also earned 1^st Team All Region 19 honors.  Idrovo averaged 19.8 points per game and finished the season with 634 points.  Idrovo shot 49% from the field and 85% from the free throw line.  Idrovo had the ability to shoot quality shoots and also drive to the basket and get to the foul line.
