Greene and Idrovo Earn All-GSAC First Team Honors

Sophomore men’s basketball guard Torren Greene (Berlin, NJ/Paul VI) was named First Team All-GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference).  Greene averaged 16.4 points per game and finished with 454 points this season.  Greene had 110 assists and 54 steals.  Greene shot 52% from the field this season.  His quickness helped lead both the MCCC offense and defense.

Sophomore teammate Joell Idrovo (Hamilton, NJ/Solebury School) also earned 1^st Team All GSAC honors.  Idrovo averaged 19.8 points per game and finished the season with 634 points.  Idrovo shot 49% from the field and 85% from the free throw line.  Idrovo had the ability to shoot quality shoots and also drive to the basket and get to the foul line.

Idrovo was also named the Garden State Athletic Conference Player of the Year.
