What MCCC Athletics is Grateful For

11/21/23

Thanksgiving falls this week and MCCC Athletics would like to take the time to reflect on all that we are thankful for.

We are thankful for our student athletes for choosing MCCC.  We are thankful for their hard work, the many hours they put into their sport and the many accomplishments they have achieved on and off the court and field.

We are thankful for our coaches who put in many hours on and off the court and field to help our student athletes succeed and who help bring student athletes to our college.

We are thankful for the Athletic Department staff who do a lot of work “behind the scenes” to allow our student athletes to travel, compete, schedule classes, and gain recognition for their achievements on and off the field.

We are thankful for the beautiful facilities we get to train on every day: our turf soccer and lacrosse field, our turf baseball field, our (soon to be) turf softball field, our basketball court, and the tennis courts at Mercer County Park.

We are grateful for the faculty at MCCC who help our student athletes in the classroom as they pursue their degrees or career paths.

We are thankful for our fans who come out to support us, sometimes in all kinds of weather, to cheer on our student athletes.

We are thankful for our families who have supported us and given us the opportunity to be here.

We have so much to be thankful for this fall and every fall at MCCC.
