Softball Player Sheipe-Warthen Named GSAC Pitcher of the Week

Sophomore pitcher Jozalyn Sheipe-Warthen (Mount Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley) was named the Garden State Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for March 15th-21st.
Sheipe-Warthen went 3-0 for Mercer this week and allowed just three earned runs over 19 innings. Sheipe-Warthen has excellent control, allowing just one walk in these 19 innings pitched. Sheipe-Warthen also had 12 strikeouts in her three wins this week to help Mercer move to 12-0 on the season.
