Mercer women's cross country finished 21st out 22 scoring teams at the DeSales Invitational which took place on the campus of DeSales University.  The Vikings raced without their 5th, 6th and 7th runner but had some good individual performances.  Five Viking runners ran their best 6k time of the season.  The Vikings top three runners all finished within a minute of each other, led by Diana Taveras (East Windsor, NJ/Hightstown) 117th in 28:01, followed by Hixlayne Cuetia-Rodriguez (Plainsboro, NJ/West Windsor South) 137th in 28:40 and Cai-Cai Hahn (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor South) 145th in 28:58.  Karizma Brown (Lawrencville, NJ/Lawrence) 192nd in 31:16 and Rebeckha Sanchez (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) 235th in 36:24 also ran their best 6k times of the season.
