West Windsor, N.J. – For families looking for a fun summer activity for the kids, Mercer County Community College (MCCC) has openings in several summer camp programs, including Camp College, Sports Camps and Tomato Patch Visual and Performing Arts Workshops.

Offered for young people ages 6 to 18, camp schedule options range from 8 weeks to 4 weeks to one-week, one-day and even half-day sessions.

All camp programs are based at Mercer’s West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road, and run through Aug. 16.  Campers have access to the college’s full-service cafeteria, Olympic size pool, athletic fields, theater, tennis courts, air-conditioned classrooms and gymnasium. Before- and after-camp care is available.

On Friday Fun Days, campers can either extend their camp week or just come for a single day of recreational activities to destinations such as Ice Land Skating Center, and the Metedeconk River, where campers can take a pirate journey aboard the “Sea Gypsy.”
