Live Office Hours

Live Office Hours are live one-on-one chats between instructors and students. Students are lined up in a queue and chat with the instructor on a "first come, first serve" basis.

To access Live Office Hours, click the  tab at the top of the page.

If your instructor has set up Live Office Hours, there will be a nugget on the screen that looks similar to this:

Clicking on the link in the Live Office Hours nugget will load the ANGEL Live Chat window.

Once the Live Chat window loads, you will see an image simiar to this:

Make sure the "Bring this window to the forefront when the instructor is available" checkbox is checked, and then you can feel free to work in another program while you're waiting. When the instructor is ready to chat with you, the Live Chat window will come to the front of your screen and you can have a one-on-one chat with your instructor.
