Lima, center, a Mercer County Community College Aviation Flight
Technology student, recently received a $3,000 scholarship from
the businesses at the Trenton-Mercer Airport.
The group raised
the scholarship dollars at their “Sky’s the Limit”
golf tournament this fall in order to give something back to the
community.

project’s organizers. The airport group plans to make the
scholarship fundraiser an annual event.
Lima will use
the scholarship to help him continue his studies toward the goal
of becoming a commercial pilot. |
