English 101

Welcome to English Composition I (ENG 101)!

The class meets once a week in a class room and once a week in a word processing lab. Each class has its Internet home page filled with information about the assignments. You need to know how to access the Internet and to do these basics of word processing: save a file and open a file.

However, you do not need to have Internet access at home or a computer at home in order to take the course. The college provides open labs where you can get on the Internet to read the class web page and to access your college e-mail account and where you can complete your writing assignments.
