EXERCISE SCIENCE
Associate in Science Degree
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
To prepare students to transfer into a four-year program in the exercise sciences. Majoring in exercise science can lead to vocations in such fields as biomechanics; cardiac rehabilitation; coaching, community, corporate or private health, wellness, and fitness; education; exercise physiology; kinesiology; personal training; research; and strength and conditioning for athletes. Students may also qualify for positions in community, corporate or private health, wellness and fitness, while pursuing a BS degree.
