I am pleased to welcome you to Mercer County Community College. We are a vital college, engaged with our community and dedicated above all else to student success. I believe that Mercer may well be your best choice for learning, at all stages of life. Our tuition is affordable, class sizes are small and scheduling is flexible.
With the escalating costs of higher education at four-year colleges, the advantages of starting college here and transferring are even greater than in the past. Community college graduates who continue their education at four-year colleges have been proven to achieve as well or better than students who began as freshmen at those schools. For students who wish to pursue a career after a two-year degree, Mercer offers abundant opportunities to prepare for the workforce.
Mercer serves over 30,000 people each year in our associate degree programs, credit and noncredit certificate programs, continuing education, corporate training, career training, youth programs, and summer camps for children. Many more come to campus for cultural activities, sporting events and our fitness center and pool.
We offer pleasant learning environments at our scenic, 292-acre campus in suburban West Windsor, New Jersey, and at our James Kerney Campus, which serves as a vital and convenient source of educational programs in downtown Trenton. Many students also study from their homes or offices through The Virtual Campus.
