If you attended or attend an area high school with a horticulture or agriculture related program, you may receive elective credit for horticulture courses that
you successfully completed in high school.
The credits will be awarded after you complete the admission process and commence study in Ornamental Horticulture here at Mercer County Community College. You will be required to obtain a letter of recommendation from your high school Horticulture teacher along with a high school transcript in order to secure this agreement. A portfolio representing your high school work would also be helpful. The credits awarded will be determined by MCCC's Ornamental Horticulture Coordinator in consultation with a counterpart at the transferring high school.
If you have any questions about articulation agreements, please contact Amy E. Iseneker - Program Coordinator for Ornamental Horticulture at isenekea@mccc.edu
