Join the Kelsey
Players for a joyful holiday tradition when they present "'Twas
the Night Before Christmas" at MCCC's Kelsey Theatre. Dates
and times for this charming family musical are: Friday, Dec. 14
at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 15 at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., and
Sunday, Dec. 16 at 2 and 4 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the
college's West
Windsor campus at 1200 Old Trenton Road.
Based on the
beloved poem, "A Visit from St. Nicholas" by Clement Moore,
the show captures the wonder and excitement of the eagerly awaited
midnight visit by Santa Claus. The show stars Ken Ambs as Clement
Moore, Diane Wargo as Eliza Moore, and Victoria Scialfa as daughter
Margaret. The role of Moore's younger daughter Charity is shared
between Caroline Maurer and Meghan Shannon. John Costello is Kris
Kringle. The show is directed by Diane Wargo.
In
celebration of the season, Kelsey Theatre is hosting a Toys for
Tots collection in the lobby through Dec. 19. Audience members will
be invited to join in caroling before the performance.
Tickets
for "'Twas" are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and
children. Tickets may be purchased online
