Photo Page: Visual Arts Student Exhibit 2011

West Windsor, N.J. -- On view at the MCCC Gallery through May 12 is an exhibit that captures the exuberance and talent of MCCC's Visual Arts students. The Visual Arts Student Show is an alphabet soup of works by 80 artists -- from those just finishing their freshman year at Mercer to others who have studied art for a lifetime.

The show combines a variety of perspectives and media that is a delight for the eye. Themes range from the comic to the profound, and subjects include portraits of relatives and friends, photographs of locations around the county, and abstract pieces that experiment with light, color and texture.

Here is just a sampling of what's in store for the visitor.
