Beauty Is More Than Skin Deep in ArtsPower's "Rainbow Fish" At MCCC's Kelsey Theatre Oct. 23

West Windsor, N.J. -- In the depths of the deep blue sea, a one-of-a-kind fish learns the value of sharing and friendship. ArtsPower National Touring Theatre brings "The Rainbow Fish" to Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 2 and 4 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is conveniently located on the college's West Windsor campus at 1200 Old Trenton Road.

Based on Marcus Pfister's best-selling children's book, this moving musical for young audiences tells the story of a fish whose vibrant colors and shimmering scales make her the most beautiful creature in the ocean. But her conceited and thoughtless behavior proves less than popular with the other fish. What can Rainbow Fish do to gain respect? A wise old octopus offers advice, helping Rainbow Fish to learn the importance of inner beauty and friendship.

Friendship trumps beauty in "Rainbow Fish,"
coming to Kelsey Theatre Oct. 23.
