MCCC's Late
Night Series embarks on another exciting performance adventure
this spring. Open to the public, this free bi-monthly event includes
two hours of open mic entertainment, plus special featured artists.
The Studio Theatre/CMN 122, located on Mercer's West Windsor campus,
opens its doors at 9:30 p.m. with the show scheduled to start at
10 p.m.
Performers include
MCCC students and members of the community who present a unique
mix of poetry, drama, dance, comedy, film/video and live music.
Featured performances for the remainder of the spring semester include:
"A Night of Sumptuous Sounds" with keyboard player Cathy
and Joy As We Krumble, hosted by Post Midnight on Mar. 7; "inside
job," an electro/funk band, hosted by Jody Person on Apr. 4;
Karma Bat, a hardcore/pop/comedy band, hosted by Post Midnight on
Apr. 18; and the Boardlords, a punk-rock surf band, hosted by Post
Midnight on May 2. (There is no show Mar. 21 during MCCC's spring
recess.)
The Studio Theatre
is located on Mercer's West
Windsor campus at 1200 Old Trenton Road, next to Kelsey Theatre.
The Late Night Series is coordinated by Jody Person, faculty coordinator
