"Highlights for Children"
Comes to Life on Kelsey Stage on May 3


Highlights for Children is an American rite of passage for young readers.  The celebrated magazine comes to life on stage as ArtsPower presents "Highlights for Children" on Saturday, May 3 at 2 and 4 p.m.  Kelsey Theatre is conveniently located on Mercer's West Windsor Campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.

ArtsPower has crafted a vibrant and humorous musical exploring issues of family, friendship and peer pressure. The show brings some of the magazine's most beloved features Hidden Pictures, Goofus and Gallant, and Dear Highlights to the stage in a compelling story about Jessica Fuller, a Highlights reader who tries to make a new friend at the risk of losing her old ones.

ArtsPower National Touring Theatre is one of America's preeminent producers of original, Equity theatre for young and family audiences. ArtsPower performs for more than 500,000 young people and adults throughout 40 states each season.
