"Hansel
and Gretel" Take Memorable Walk in the Woods at MCCC's Kelsey Theatre

Young theater-goers
are invited to journey into the woods with "Hansel and Gretel,"
coming to MCCC's Kelsey Theatre. Kaleidoscope Theatre presents a
charming original musical version of this fairytale classic, featuring
a cast of colorful characters, lots of laughter, songs and dancing.
Dates and show times are Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 29 and 30 at
2 and 4 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West
Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.
When Hansel and Gretel journey into the woods, they stumble upon
every child's dream: a house made entirely of candy. But when the
house's owner - a silly witch named Grumpella Finklestink - discovers
them, their delight quickly turns into concern. Members of the audience
will join in the fun as the two sweet children outwit the wacky
witch and her silly cat.

Based
in Rhode Island, Kaleidoscope Theatre was founded in 1977 to create and
perform educational plays and workshops for children from pre-school through
high school. Since 1982, cast members have been entertaining audiences
throughout New England with their fresh, light-hearted approach to traditional
fairytales.
Tickets are $8 for children, students and senior citizens, and $10 for
adults. Free parking is available next to the theatre. Tickets may be

is wheelchair accessible and provides assisted listening devices upon
