To Speak at MCCC Sept. 16

Luke Visconti,
co-founder and chief executive officer of DiversityInc Media, LLC,
will present "Current Issues and Expertise in Publishing"
at Mercer County Community College on Wednesday, Sept. 16. A recognized
leader in diversity management, Visconti will discuss the benefits
of diversity in the workplace, as well as technical aspects of publishing
a magazine and websites, and career preparation for the field. This
opening lecture for Mercer's Fall 2009 Distinguished Lecture Series
is free and open to the public, and takes place at 12 noon in the
Communications Building, Room 109, on the West
Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.
Visconti directs all editorial and business operations of DiversityInc
Media LLC, which he co-founded in 1998. DiversityInc.com reaches
more than one million monthly visitors on the web and DiversityInc
magazine boasts an audited circulation of more than 340,000. He
is noted for developing and directing the methodology for the DiversityInc

corporations, business groups and nonprofit organizations, Visconti has
appeared regularly on MSNBC, CNBC, FOX and is often quoted in such major

magazine. He earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Rutgers University.
